Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb leaf lettuce
• 3tbs sweet corn
• 3tbs black bean
• 1 oz green, yellow and red pepper Julian
• 1 small onion Julian

Method:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, and toss with the vinaigrette of choice (sorrel, guava, and June plum vinaigrette).
