Stir Fry Vegetable in Mango Ginger Salad Dressing

Salad Dressings

½ lb Broccoli
½ lb Cauliflower
1 medium Carrot
½ lb Pac Choy
2 cups Callaloo
¼ lb String Beans
2 cloves Garlic
1 med Onion
½ cup Mango Ginger Salad Dressing
2 tbsp Butter

Preparation

Place broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, and string bean in boiling water for 1 minute. Allow vegetables to drain. To a saucepan, add butter. Once melted, add garlic, onions, Callaloo, and pac choy and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add drained vegetables and stir. Add mango ginger salad dressing, stir, then remove from heat.
