• 1lb yellow yam
• 1/4 lb saltfish,
• 1 small onion dice,
• 2 tbs red, yellow n green pepper,
• 1 cup guava vinaigrette.
Cut the yam into bite-sized cubes. Strip codfish. Dice onions and peppers. Boil saltfish and yam until
soft. Cool saltfish and yam to fridge temperature; in a bowl, combine all ingredients.
