Beef marinated in Guava Apple Vinaigrette.

2 lbs Beef strips
1 cup Escallion
½ cup Onions
2 tbsp Garlic
2 cups Guava Apple Vinaigrette
Salt and paper to taste

Blend escallion, onions, and garlic; add salt and paper to taste; after, add 1½ cups guava apple
vinaigrette. Marinate for 1 hour. Allow the grill to become very hot sear on each side for 1-2 minutes.
After the beef is cooked through, add a reserved ½ cup vinaigrette and serve.
